Jeremiah Haylor was my service advisor for the second time in 5 weeks for some extensive repairs. The radio system was out of warranty (barley) and expensive. Chrysler covered it. Other repairs were cove time in 5 weeks for some extensive repairs. The radio system was out of warranty (barley) and expensive. Chrysler covered it. Michael Degroot Service Team were great. My 2016 RAM 2500 Diesel check engine light came on. Turned out to be the Turbo Actuator. $2K+ repair but luckily I have an extended warranty.
