Called Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Auburn.They are open at 7:00 am !! Asked if I could have the Charger towed in for repair,they to were booked solid but took my car as I had appointment for following week .Long story short, James Helling amazing service advisor listened to my concerns and answer all my calls and texts in timely manner.They even let me see the damages inside my engine,how cool is that Andy the service manager was Great.when James was on vacation Tony mantained communication. Happy ending they stuck with it . I now have new engine with 100'000 mile warranty or 3 years on parts and Labor!!! Who does that only Dodge. I love my car and my Dealership. More

Lili Steele's knowledge saved me from a disaster! I was in the dealership for a recall issue (minor-replace a sticker under the hood). While Lilli Steele was showing me under the hood where the stick I was in the dealership for a recall issue (minor-replace a sticker under the hood). While Lilli Steele was showing me under the hood where the sticker was to be placed she noted the smell of antifreeze. (I did not smell it.) She looked around and saw nothing at first but after closer examination she observed signs of an antifreeze leek on a new Jeep with just 20k miles on it. Because of her observation, she set up an appointment and I learned that I had a leek in my radiator. They replaced the radiator and saved me from a certain future break down on the road. Lili's professionalism, knowledge, and absolute desire to to the right thing for a customer is commendable. Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is extremely lucky to have an exemplary employee such as Lili Steele. In my many, many years of driving and owning automobiles, Lili Steele is the finest Service Technician I have ever come across!! More
