Had an issue that needed immediate attention and was not able to book in a timely manner in Roseville, so I took the appointment in Auburn and was assisted by Andrew Gibbs. He was courteous, professional and listened to my concerns and apprehension about using their service. He followed through on getting the job done for me and gave me updates along the way. I really appreciate his going above and beyond to assure me I would be taken care of. Thinking I'll probably make the trek back up the hill the next time I need a service done.
