We tried other local Toyota deals and had less than pleasant experiences with sales people with 3weeks to 3 months experience, dealer mark-ups with no explanation, multiple level managers pressuring us, you know the drill. We decided to take a chance and go to the Toyota dealer in Auburn, Ca. to see if the experience would be better in an smaller town and I'm happy to say it was. Paul first listened to our needs and showed us what we came to look at. He then asked questions on what it was we wanted in a truck and expanded our search. We were not originally in the market for a new Tacoma but ended up buying one. He was completely knowledgeable about the different options we were looking at and made it simple to make a decision.
