Service Customer Lounge had a total make over since I last visited. Uncluttered, bright, and functional. Selah Pieper greeted me when I drove up and wrote my Express Service needs. Jacob McCallum took over when the inspections found that my 2006 Sienna van needed more work done on the engine, at $2881.00. I approved the needed work due to the engine to Jacob's clear explanations and professionalism by giving me the freedom of choice to proceed with the job recommendations. I now wait for the work to be done. Hopefully with results as positive as I had received from the Service Advisors. More

Jeffrey Lewis and the service manager Ryan made things work in the third visit after visits one and two presented problems of no tires at first visit and wrong size tires second visit because Toyota’s com work in the third visit after visits one and two presented problems of no tires at first visit and wrong size tires second visit because Toyota’s computer had wrong information .
