Outstanding Service Outstanding service, as usual. At the completion, the service rep advised me that it was recommended that two air filters be replaced. He then said Outstanding service, as usual. He then said that I had my choice: I could have them replaced and pay for them or wait until the next check (25,000) and get them replaced for free. That impressed me that he gave me a choice like that. I challenge a certain other Toyota dealer which whom I have had bad experiences to do the same. Way to go, Auburn Toyota!!!! More

Went above and beyond! We purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla for our daughter at this dealership. The whole purchase transaction was very relaxed and we felt no pressure. Upon getting home we noticed a "squeak" noise in the front end and we brought it back to Auburn Toyota service and they took their time to try to resolve the issue. They even found a crack in our windshield that was not visible to us and they replaced our windshield. Jake Mccallum in service was our point of contact for handling of this issue. Jake was always very pleasant and professional to deal with and looked into every angle to try to resolve the issue. More
