When he listened to my questions, he truly heard my concerns and answer Glad I chose Auburn Toyota! Robert Brassfield is an awesome service advisor! When he listened to my questions, he truly heard my concerns and answered everything completely. He is an outstanding communicator, and a highly competent, patient, and experienced professional. By the time I left, I felt all caught up on all of the loose ends I'd been worried about during my cross-country travels. He even put my new South Dakota plates on my car for me! He respected my concerns and gave me thorough explanations, which I don't always get, as a single, older woman (full-time RVing). It was above and beyond, since I was there just for an oil change. Robert was also amazingly patient at sorting through all of the details of my various warranties and service agreements until I was able to completely understand them (for the first time, really). Everyone at Auburn Toyota, from the time I drove up and Taylor, the service greeter, got me started, until all was done and payment was made, everyone was wonderful! For sure, they are my "home" dealership. More

Mike Norton made returning easy. It's been a few years since I last took my 4Runner to Auburn Toyota for service (previous owners) and I stopped going due to a lack of consideration a It's been a few years since I last took my 4Runner to Auburn Toyota for service (previous owners) and I stopped going due to a lack of consideration and professionalism by my service adviser at the time. I'm actually really glad I went back. Mike is quiet, calm and he LISTENS! For once I didn't walk out of a service appointment feeling like being female made me stupid and helpless or that what I'd said went in one ear and out the other. He made notes, gave me his recommendations and actually called me earlier than the time frame indicated for an update on diagnosing a problem. Best of all, not only did they add a service to correct the problem I was having, they still finished before the end of the day with the tune up and the added service and I was able to get my car back before the next day. I will definitely take my 4Runner back for services and hope to work with Mike again. More
Nicole Williams Always gives great service I don’t always feel like everyone who works here knows what they’re talking about when I call to schedule something, but Nicole always fixes if for me I don’t always feel like everyone who works here knows what they’re talking about when I call to schedule something, but Nicole always fixes if for me when I come in and someone either didn’t schedule something correctly or didn’t even get a rental car set up for me like they were supposed to. She got it in order for me and even most recently she has given me a complimentary look at the roters on my car after purchasing the vehicle 3 months ago. Always trying to go above and beyond I would recommend talking to her when you come in, because she pays more attention to what the shop guys actually are doing... and what they need to do to keep my car running the way it should. More
