I really wish I didn’t have to write this review. My parents bought their first ever new car from Ciocca Ford in Quakertown in the early 90’s when my Dad had gotten a promotion. It was a big day for the parents bought their first ever new car from Ciocca Ford in Quakertown in the early 90’s when my Dad had gotten a promotion. It was a big day for them, flash forward to me this past November. I’d been stuck home due to Covid and spent my spare time looking for my dream car, A Porsche 911. I was shocked to find one pop up in my dream spec, even better is was close to being in my budget. I reached out and had a response back in an hour. DMitri was awesome he answered all my questions as I reviewed the Carfax. It’s a 15 year old Porsche with high miles so I did my due diligence. We set an appointment and it was amazing. Dmitri had the car right out front with a tag with my name hanging from the rear view. There hadn’t been pictures in the listing so I was floored when the car exceeded my expectations. We took it on a test drive and set to make a deal. I asked for a discount because I was paying cash and knew there was some preventative maintenance I wanted to do. (IMS/RMS). I was confident in the cars service history, and according to the Carfax Ciocca had serviced the car when it came in. Furthermore the sales manager said he had been driving the car and knew it’s history. Kevin was even kind enough to check with the local shop where he knew it had been serviced to confirm the IMS had not been done. The car was being sold “as is” and had high miles, but seeing as they knew the history, and it had been serviced and driven by the team, I cut them a check. Several of the sales team congratulated me on such a good purchase. The finance manager came over and shook my hand stating he had plans to buy it if I didn’t. Being it was cold, and the car had summer tires, I parked the car in my garage for the winter only taking it out on nice days for joy rides, and to visit a few customers. To date, since I purchased the car I have put exactly 1,410 miles on it. No track days no street racing just an old guy from NE Philadelphia driving his 911. Unfortunately I noticed a ticking sound on the way to my office. By the trip home it had turned into a loud “clacking” and it was almost impossible to change gears. I was afraid of doing damage so I had the car towed to my local Euro shop. I explained my concerns and could see the smile disappear from my mechanics, while I went over the bullet points. Sure enough catastrophic engine failure. The passenger side bank was shot. We caught it early enough to save the block but the rebuild was going to cost me 20K+. Absolutely frantic I emailed Kevin the sales manager. He replied the next day saying he was sorry to hear it but the car was sold “as is” and had high miles and wished me luck. At the time I was looking for this car, I reviewed so many cars. Most of those that were in my budget were being sold by shady dealerships or Craig’s list creepers. The 911 at Ciocca cost a few bucks more and had higher miles. But this was at Ciocca Audi a premier dealership in the Ciocca family. The car dealer with “a promise”. What’s not to loose? Surely being an Audi dealership and having gone through the shop 2 times. They would have found any issues…..right? And ….And even IF something were to go wrong, this is Ciocca. The only car dealership my Dad said wasn’t a “bunch of crooks. Apparently I was wrong. Ciocca you’ve forgotten your roots. More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Lack of respect for customers. Asked for a rental to be delivered to my home as I work long hours and had no way to get there to pick one up. Refused to help. Audi q for customers. Asked for a rental to be delivered to my home as I work long hours and had no way to get there to pick one up. Refused to help. Audi q3 has engine issues with unbelievable oil consumption. Ate 6 qts in 2300 miles….. Happened at about 71,000 miles. AVOID!!! I wish I never purchased this car or dealt with these people! Do urself a favor get a Toyota. More

I bought a jeep srt from Eli with a very deep scratch on it that was promised to be removed and repainted. I dropped the car off on a Thursday because Eli told me my car would be painted on Friday. I called it that was promised to be removed and repainted. I dropped the car off on a Thursday because Eli told me my car would be painted on Friday. I called Eli on Friday and he claimed he tried to call me all week to not bring my car out because the paint guy would not be in on Friday. He proceeded to say the “paint guy” would be in on Monday or Tuesday. So I left the car at the dealer. I called service on Monday morning and they said the paint guy only comes in on Tuesday. 20 minutes later I got a Call from some random person named Jade saying my car was finished. I then called Eli and said what is going on with my car? Is it done or what? He said “yes and it looks beautiful.” He said that my car was “painted” on Saturday and it had to dry over night. I drove 45 minutes to the dealer to find that they took touch up paint to the scratch and buffed it out. STILL MAKING THE SCRATCH VERY VISIBLE. Marcus the manager came out and argued with me that it was painted. Then when I asked how happy he would be if this was his car he proceeded to say “at this rate, I would’ve just went and bought a brand new car.” Reminding you, the Jeep SRT is a 2020 with 1100 miles on. Practically brand new. Marcus is beyond unprofessional and is a poor excuse for a manager especially of an Audi dealer. He also said that I had too high of expectations in fixing a deep scratch which he was also the same person that told me that they would be REMOVED. Removed means GONE. So if they promise you that they will “take care” of a scratch, make them take money off of the car and have it PROFESSIONALLY DONE! I honestly wouldn’t even buy another car from them. More

Simply Outstanding! My wife and I have been leasing Audi's for over 15 years now and we've never experienced the kind of service we had at Audi Allentown. Our Sales rep Elija was truly exceptional with Audi's for over 15 years now and we've never experienced the kind of service we had at Audi Allentown. Our Sales rep Elija was truly exceptional with his knowledge, demeanor and overall attitude. Everything was done over the phone and he even personally delivered our new Q7 to our home in New York! Really, who does that?? We can definitely say that we found a new Audi dealership to go to with our future purchases and we're 2.5 hours away! Shout out to Anthony Vecera (Finance Mgr) as well for also being so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole finance process. Jon/Mel More
