I recently purchased a 2015 s4 and I am out of state. I can’t go back and before going there to buy I asked a few times if their inspection had found anything wrong with the vehicle. There was kind of an avoidance around the question. I bring the car home and put it on the lift and find that the output shaft seal is leaking transmission fluid. I imagine this is at least a grand to fix first thing after buying. They either knew it was there and didn’t tell me or their inspections are worthless as a I found this in 10 seconds putting it up on a lift 1 time. If you ever buy here have them put it on a lift or you’re gonna regret it. Would not recommend buying a used car here. Shady. More

I ordered a mechanical replacement key, costing $180. 00, which is ridiculous. When it arrived at the dealership, I was called to pick it up and told an appointment was needed. I was offered a free surv 00, which is ridiculous. When it arrived at the dealership, I was called to pick it up and told an appointment was needed. I was offered a free survey of my car, and a car wash for $25.00. I turned down the wash, as the car was clean, but accepted the survey. When I brought the car in, I was told there was an additional $99.00 fee for "programming" the key. It's mechanical, why would it need "Programming"? But OK, it's just more dealership banditry and what am I going to do. The invoice I was given said I had "declined" the free inspection, but I hadn't. I was just happy to leave with my teeth. More
