BEWARE - Worst AUDI service department ever! Brought my Q3 in for routine maintenance - including a $450 four wheel alignment - before my trip to Florida. The steering wheel is now off center to the left and the vehicle drifts right. Can’t take your hands off the wheel even for a second! Tried to get it right back in but I have to make an appointment and they can’t get me in for a week! I now have to either postpone my trip or go to another dealer at my additional expense to have it re-aligned! I tried to speak to the service manager. Still no call back. Asked to speak to general manager at the dealership - he’s on vacation for a week. They could care less about my drivability and safety issue! AUDI is great brand but this dealership tarnishes their reputation! GO ELSEWHERE! More
