Jerome was knowledgeable and responsive to all my inquires. I never felt pressured to make a decision. He wanted to be sure I got the SUV I really wanted. He was personable and friendly in all our of our interactions :) I encountered many other staff during my visits - all were friendly and courteous (AJ and Christian to mention a few). He really worked with us to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I also had a comprehensive orientation to all of the features of my new car. Christian Castillo, the Technologist, was so patient. He spent at least an hour with me going over every aspect of the controls for the vehicle, navigation system, radio, and Wi-Fi. He even offered to come to my home if I couldn't sync my garage door opener. I never experienced service like that. They really cannot do enough for you. More
