I would have wished someone checked the loaner after I turned it in. I was looking all over for my house keys. I had to go retrieve the spare from my daughter's house. Terrible, I received my car back with the whole car dirty after being asked if I wanted the car washed. Then had a really dark black greasy handprint on my interior door. I have been an Audi client since 2016 and never ace received my car back in an unsatisfactory condition. I do work in New Jersey and were using Audi in Millburn. But I live 10 minutes from Allentown Audi. I live in Allentown. I should be able to use a dealership close to home & not be treated this way. The other customer that was there was just looking. I think she was horrified by the sight of my dirty car being given back after service. I came for an oil change and paid with no problem as always. More
