I forget the service person who assisted me but he is a kind gentleman from New Orleans, just as the last time I brought my 2019 Audi q7 to Audi Peoria/Arrowhead the service was amazing. David was terrific! When it looked like the service might tight longer than expected, David offered me a Dealer Vehicle so that I would not miss my son's track meet. Came in on time (had an appointment) for a quick oil change. The appointment had been made weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I left my vehicle with Stephen and let him know that I would be waiting since change. The appointment had been made weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I left my vehicle with Stephen and let him know that I would be waiting since it should have been a quick visit. After over an hour of waiting, I asked Stephen to check with the crew to see what was going on. I was then told that they did not have my oil filter in stock and they had just picked one up. I was also told that they were now taking my vehicle in to start the service. Almost another hour later, I asked again about what was going on with my vehicle and was told that they were almost done (and was asked if I really wanted the car wash that was supposed to be included, which I declined because I just wanted to get out of there). They knew the vehicle that I was bringing in, and therefore the filter that would be needed, weeks in advance and failed to plan for my visit. Even worse, the lack of communication regarding the delay was unacceptable. Had I been told at the time the vehicle was dropped off, I could have arranged for a ride instead of sitting in their showroom for 2 hours. I did not feel that the staff was concerned for my delay, instead were watching boxing videos on their phone. This was not a good experience and I would not return to this location. The reason that this location was chosen in the first place is their affiliation with AutoNation and this was the closest location for me to do the service provided by AutoNation. More
