The arrivals and departures are always smooth and easy. The service area is very well constituted, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities of which to avail oneself why while waiting for the service to be completed including complimentary use of iPads, flat screen television, Starbucks coffee and, assorted pastries. Not only was the price right, the whole proc I've been looking for a lightly used 2014 A6 for a while, and found the perfect car at Audi Auto Gallery. Not only was the price right, the whole process was quite easy, thanks to Mitch Mayenschein, my Audi Brand Specialist. I live in Northern California, so I had to rely on Mitch to help me secure the car, and coordinate delivery mid-week while I flew down to see and purchase the car. He was really responsive (even over the weekend - sorry Mitch!) and the whole contract process was very chill and low key. I really hate buying cars - the whole process is a real pain in the xxx - but I have to say this was definitely the easiest process I've ever had. So, hats off to Mitch and his team for taking good care of me. Oh, and I'm not a friend of the dealer - I'm a real customer who doesn't even live in the LA area! Truth. More

On the first visit I was just viewing options and not ready to buy. Mitchell and JJ were responsive and encouraging without being too pushy. A month later, when the decision was made, I went back to them for the purchase. The trade-in of the old car and purchase of the new was an easy and fast transaction. The best was when they came to me with the new car and took away the old. They even took photos of the old and new together just for fun! Even better the new car was delivered with a full tank of gas. That is service. More

Omega was so great to work with though that I wanted to leave him a positive review. Omega answered my internet query, promptly and professionally. He provided a real price for me to consider instead of just giving me the MSRP. Since we knew the car we wanted he offered to drive it to our home and do the paperwork there. He was good at follow up and follow through. He was not overbearing and seemed sincerely interested in helping us find the right car. I hope to work with him in the future. More
