Parts department is incompetent I specia ordered some parts for my A6 a week ago. They called to let me know parts are ready, I go to the NE Portland location and they have no recor I specia ordered some parts for my A6 a week ago. They called to let me know parts are ready, I go to the NE Portland location and they have no record of the order at all... nothing. Just "sorry it's not in our system". My advice is to order your Audi parts elsewhere. Most online vendors are cheaper anyway. Sunset sucks! More
Terrific! I brought my A3 TDI in for its 75K check-up. Chris in Service was absolutely wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. Fabulous customer service: Got a loaner car right away; my car was serviced and work completed sooner than expected. The day after my service, an indicator light lit up on my control panel. Since I was close to the dealership when this occurred, this damsel in distress drove to the dealership post haste and without any forewarning. Chris recognized me from behind his desk. He came out to see why my car was back in the service bay. He located the problem: about-to-fail tail lightbulb. Chris stopped whatever he was doing and replaced not one, but all three bulbs right then and there--free of charge. I am a very satisfied "return" customer of Audi Beaverton, although I am still very angry about the greed and deception of VW over the diesel-emissions scandal. More

I own this car because of the way it handles in all kinds of road conditions and it has met that exception I am, however, disillusioned with another aspect of Audi ownership. My car has 92,000 miles on in and has a perfect maintenance record however it's trade in value is very low and the costs of maintenance have skyrocketed. I expected more from a German designed car. More
AMAZING service from Brian! I live all the way out in Vancouver but I actually don’t mind the drive out to service my car in Beaverton just to get serviced by Brian! Always making sure me and my Audi are taken care of! He deserves a raise for his kindness and professionalism!! Previously I owned a BMW and the service I got there was alright for my car but now seeing how wonderful The Audi brand is, I don’t think I’ll be going back. Airport Service Location I bought my new Audi Q5 in Wilsonville in 2016. The fact that they had a service location in NE Portland made all the difference to me since I live in I bought my new Audi Q5 in Wilsonville in 2016. The fact that they had a service location in NE Portland made all the difference to me since I live in SE Portland. In the first 18 months my car has had one "full" maintenance service, they repaired a side mirror (that I smashed in a parking structure) and two tires fixed. The service consultants that have helped me (Amy & Sarah) are very helpful and friendly. The two times I needed the tire repair I was able to just show up without an appointment and wait for the work to be done. This is a plus since driving around on a compromised tire waiting for an appointment isn't ideal or safe. Repairs on my new Audi seem expensive but I not any more so that repairs on my previous car which was a Volvo. All in all it's been a positive experience. More
