Josh (the manager) and Jacob (the sales rep) were awesome. I had initially gone to University Audi but was getting pressured into buying a Q5 that was slated to become a mobility unit. I was turned off by Audi Bellevue 7 years ago when I bought my Q5 but decided to give them another chance. Really glad I did. They found me exactly what I wanted and their customer service was stellar. I emailed Josh Friday afternoon, came that evening right before closing and came back the next morning to purchase it. No pressure to come in earlier or sign the deal that night. They gave me a fair value on my 2018 Q5 and a great price on my 2025 SQ5. Jacob spent a lot of time setup up all the options on the car, connecting my phone and answering all my questions. Josh even offered to change out the puddle lights for the Audi rings instead of the SQ5 Logo (which I didn’t like) at no cost. It’s the little things that make a big inpact. All around, it was a really great car buying experience. More

Cautionary Experience at Audi Bellevue While purchasing a vehicle from Audi Bellevue, we were approached by a site employee who offered to buy our old car as a personal transaction. The exchange purchasing a vehicle from Audi Bellevue, we were approached by a site employee who offered to buy our old car as a personal transaction. The exchange took place on the dealership lot, without complete documentation or oversight. When complications arose, we were left legally and financially responsible. We were unable to file the required sale report with the Department of Licensing because the employee refused to provide their full name and address—information legally necessary to transfer ownership. When I expressed intent to notify the dealership, the employee threatened legal action against me. We later learned that the car was sold again and ultimately impounded. Because no paperwork was completed for either transaction, I am now responsible for the impound fees. I had assumed that someone working in the car business would understand and follow proper procedures. Based on the outcome, I believe this individual knowingly bypassed those requirements and may be operating in a way that lacks transparency and accountability. Although the dealership itself was not involved in the transaction, it is deeply concerning that this occurred under their roof, during an active sale. Customers pay top dollar at a dealership like this and expect professionalism—not to be taken advantage of or intimidated. I’m sharing this to caution others: do not sell your vehicle through undocumented, informal deals with dealership staff. The risks are real, and the consequences can be costly. More
