If you value transparency, avoid this dealership. I went through the entire process of a phone / text message quote and a credit application, only to have the price hiked by thousands when I show up I went through the entire process of a phone / text message quote and a credit application, only to have the price hiked by thousands when I show up to take delivery, claiming they made a mistake in the quote. The Sales Manager's behavior was the definition of "bad business"--aggressive and dismissive of the prior agreement. Most concerning is that the leadership doesn't seem to care. I contacted the GM, Josh, and while he responded, he offered no real fix or accountability for the bait-and-switch. It's clear this is a top-down culture of misleading customers. After being an Audi customer for almost 2 decades (with 7 new Audis), I've be taken my business elsewhere and reporting this to the BBB and the WA Attorney General. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this pace. More

They worked tirelessly—collaborating directly with Audi engineers in Germany—to accurately diagnose, identify, and ultimately resolve the problem. Throughout the entire process, my service advisor, Maxwell, delivered outstanding support. He kept me fully informed with consistent updates, whether it was progress or unexpected setbacks, and made sure I always understood where things stood. Because the repair required extended time, he also arranged a loaner vehicle, which made a huge difference. Thanks to Maxwell and the skilled team at Audi of Bellevue, my vehicle is running perfectly again. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication truly set the standard for customer service.
