Daunte was the service advisor who oversaw the repair of my Q5TDI. He kept me informed regarding the 2-day repair, answering each of my questions via text (my preferred method of communication). He was wi my Q5TDI. He kept me informed regarding the 2-day repair, answering each of my questions via text (my preferred method of communication). He was willing to organize a rental car when I thought I might need one and then worked diligently with the technicians to complete the work in a timely manner making a rental car unnecessary. He arranged for me to pick up my car via the Sales Department on a Sunday so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. I really appreciated his efforts on my behalf. The car is running great! More
