Your phone system is awful for the service department. I waited 1hour to get someone. Then they connected me with my service agent and it was someone else’s mail box. So I tried again and left a call back I waited 1hour to get someone. Then they connected me with my service agent and it was someone else’s mail box. So I tried again and left a call back number. After a half hour someone called back. I wanted to know if my car was ready. It was there overnight. They connected me to service department. They hadn’t gotten to it yet. I talked to a manager who said the voice mail for my agent hadn’t been changed to Elijah Collins. I said you are the manager so fix it! Called Elijah’s cell phone. Couldn’t leave a message because his voice mail was full. Finally got my car at 4pm. I spent 3 hours and much frustration. Fix your phone system and hire someone to answer the service department phones!!! More

It took over a month to get an appointment and loaner car for a software update/recall on my etron. Then I was told they needed to keep my car for 3 days because they were still downloading the software that for a software update/recall on my etron. Would never do business with them. Worked with them for 1.5wks & was assured that as soon as the car we were interested in became avail and we were on our way they could hold it for 24 Worked with them for 1.5wks & was assured that as soon as the car we were interested in became avail and we were on our way they could hold it for 24hrs if we lived more than 3hrs away. 4pm Friday the car is almost ready to be available and we are on our way to drive 5.5hrs to buy the car that we were pre-approved for and didn't need to see in person. We just wanted to buy it! We are told now they can't hold it! 1.5hr into our drive they call to tell us it's sold! All Natascha had to say was sorry company policy and blame management for tying her hands. I spoke with John and Chris also and neither of them could be bothered to call me back nor either of the 2 managers on duty that day that were suppose to call me. I even offered/begged to just start the paperwork so we could ensure it was ours and not a wasted trip. Again, I was just told it is "company policy" they can't do that. What dealership can't do a transaction via phone & internet in these times?! Especially one that claimed to offer that service. I know car sales are easy right now but it's a shame this dealership has lost sight of the people that actually matter. Their customers will remember this when sales get tough and will choose a dealership that treated them right all along. More
This is my 2nd Audi from the same dealership. My salesperson was wonderful. He thought outside the box. I asked for another S4. Due to inventory restrictions, he suggested an S5.
