This visit was disappointing. Service advisor was very polite. However, I was quoted a repair that ended up only being for the parts needed, so was unpleasantly surprised to pick Service advisor was very polite. However, I was quoted a repair that ended up only being for the parts needed, so was unpleasantly surprised to pick up the car and owe almost double the amount due to labor. Car was also returned with grease stains on the exterior as well as on the interior leather. More
