I waited 1. 5 months for an appointment. Once in, they took 2 weeks to replace a battery. Quoted $440, billed $660, then corrected it when I pointed out the mis 5 months for an appointment. Once in, they took 2 weeks to replace a battery. Quoted $440, billed $660, then corrected it when I pointed out the mischarge. My car was sitting under a tree for most of those 2 weeks and returned to me dirtier than it’s ever been in my 10 years of ownership. They lied about having run it though the wash. Couldn’t believe how badly they performed! More
