Update 06/06 - The service team was swift to get the car back up and running after finding a faulty 12V battery in the vehicle. I would also like to highlight positives from when I went to pick up my car the first time. Nabil was really good once we asked him to explain all the features of the cars when we went to pick it up. He was very patient, explaining every detail like how to plug in the charger, different features, setting up the myAudi app etc. He took plenty of pictures for us with the car and gave us our time to truly enjoy the moment. At no point did we feel rushed. More

my 2023 Q5 w/ 5500 miles on it broke down and said Drive System Malfunction contact service. I towed my car to Bellevue and had the worst customer service experience. I was told when they drove my car into System Malfunction contact service. I towed my car to Bellevue and had the worst customer service experience. I was told when they drove my car into the service drive they weren't sure why I brought it in because it seemed fine. I explained the issue and then told them I want it to be looked at because the car felt unsafe. I was told there were no loaners available for me for atleast 3 weeks. That doesn't work for me because I still need to get to and from work to pay for my car. I contact Audi Seattle and explain what happened and they say we can authorize an emergency loaner for you WITH NO HESITATION. Turns out my entire engine is faulty from the manufacturer and needs to be completely replaced. When I leased this car the staff was so friendly and helpful. Then 8 months later they couldn't be bothered to make right out of the situation. I will never return to Audi Bellevue and will refer all my friends and family to Audi of Seattle. More
