Absolute rip-off The Audi Bellevue Service Center is an absolute rip-off. I am giving this review a one star because I can't give anything less. We had the worst servi The Audi Bellevue Service Center is an absolute rip-off. I am giving this review a one star because I can't give anything less. We had the worst service today at the Audi Service Center. We went there to fix a coolant/temperature light issue, but we were forced to do extra work in addition to fixing the coolant issue, all to jack up the price. The total cost came out to be almost $5000. What shocked me was that the labor alone cost $3310 while the parts were only $1522. The service advisor was of no help other than to use scare tactics to make us pay more. They lost a customer for sure. I hope others will be wary of this organization, and think twice before taking in your car for servicing at Audi Bellevue. More

Pathetic service and extremely rude and careless people I wish there was a 0 star rating and still it wouldn't express the insincerity these people are full of! I have contacted them at least 8 times now, and they keep promising me that they will get someone to help me through my pain points and guess what, lies each and every time! I recall going to this place 2.5 years ago and Getting my first Audi and had the best experience ever... however, this past year, their service has hit the absolute rock bottom and seems to be abysmal because they just keep getting worse! They have no value for customers and are extremely rude! My car does not pull up it's back up camera sometimes and I explained it to them several times and they said someone would get back to me, not once, not twice but 5 times and NEVER called me! Their customer service is a joke!! I got a free servicing around my birthday... I didn't go begging them for it, I got an email from them, so I called them on my birthday to schedule it, and talked this really rude lady who is the meanest person ever, blimey, if there was an award for the meanest people, I would totally award it to her, what followed was a ridiculous management experience where did NOTHING about it and never even got my free service ever! So yes, you want to be humiliated and sold a xxxxty car which costs you a ton of money and not even worth it, this IS the place for you! I am going to simply drop my keys at theirs and going to stop further payments on a xxxxty car that's just a loot! Wouldn't want to give such awful people a single dime further... I have just about had enough of them!! Don't waste your money on an Audi, the BMW folk are much nicer and so are Lexus and Acura and Porche! Don't let people treat you like a doormat for Pete's sakes! They suck! More

Great buying experience I had been looking for a new/used vehicle and a Q5 was one of my options. I saw a vehicle on their site that had all the options I wanted and was able to schedule a time to go see it and do a test drive. I loved the car and was in and out of the dealership in record time. The sales person Joey was great and the sales manager Matt ( who was the sales person who sold us my wife's car ) was great as well. Answered any questions I had and had everything ready when I came back in a few days to pick up the car. As painless and enjoyable experience buying a car as you could hope for. More
