Daunte was the service advisor who oversaw the repair of my Q5TDI. He kept me informed regarding the 2-day repair, answering each of my questions via text (my preferred method of communication). He was willing to organize a rental car when I thought I might need one and then worked diligently with the technicians to complete the work in a timely manner making a rental car unnecessary. He arranged for me to pick up my car via the Sales Department on a Sunday so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. I really appreciated his efforts on my behalf. The car is running great! More

I was extremely frustrated in the process to make an appointment and the presentation of my final bill. No one ever answers the phone at the service center, which is crazy because there are at least appointment and the presentation of my final bill. I had to book online through an agent - and wasn’t able to request or plan accordingly to get a loaner car. More frustrating was I couldn’t confirm the option to wait in the lobby until I called the sales department. Second, upon reviewing the charges, I noticed a previously undisclosed MISCELLANEOUS FEE for $20. The tech attempted to justify the charge for fluids disposal and towel usage that is charged to all customers. Outside of the standard pre-paid services, I had my tires aligned - which shouldn’t involve any extra fluid disposal. This add-on charge is an attempt to swindle customers out of another $20. Had it been disclosed at the beginning, maybe I’d understand. Why not raise the price accordingly. I already have significant distrust of the dealer services industry…and this experience only reinforced that distrust. More
