I have had my car serviced at Audi Bellevue for the 6 years I've owned it. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for many years, but can't do it any longer. Audi Bellevue service is horrible. Over years I've owned it. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for many years, but can't do it any longer. Audi Bellevue service is horrible. Over the past few years they have canceled three or four service appointments on me - one was canceled the day I dropped off the car. Most recently I had an emergency that made my car unsafe to drive. Audi Bellevue had me bring my car in so they could look at it on an "emergency standby basis" since the only appointment I could get was two weeks out. I scheduled that appointment as a back up. While on emergency standby they forgot about my car. On the date of my scheduled appointment I called to make sure things were on track. No one ever answered the phone so I had to leave a voicemail. I called for five days in a row to see how the repair was going. I could never reach my service tech, Kyle, and left voicemails each day. Kyle never responded. I asked to speak with the service manager. The service manager got on the phone but was very dismissive and wouldn't help. He just referred me back to Kyle. When I did get a hold of Kyle he stated that "he prefers to only communicate with customers by text message" - talk about a nice personal touch! He also admitted that they hadn't looked at the car and forgot they had it on property. Once the car was diagnosed it was clear that he wasn't well informed of the issue or status, and he gave me poor advice on my options. It was made clear that he did not care about me in any way, shape, or form. I asked for a quote to understand the repair - they gave me a one line description and a price - no indication of which parts, how much labor or other relevant components of the cost. With the car not safe to drive, I was basically held hostage. I called and asked to speak with the manager of the dealership, Michael Spencer. The person answering the phone promised me that Mr. Spencer would call me the minute he was free. I tried multiple times but he never called back. After a total of 6+ weeks, I got the car back. They hadn't even bothered to wipe it down or vacuum it. After years of waiting on long lead times to service, dealing with canceled appointments, having service techs that are too busy for me, and never getting a loaner car (because they don't ever have enough), I am done. This place is arrogant. Their attitude is horrible. They charge a premium price and provide substandard service. I was hoping to share this with Audi and Auto Nation directly, but the dealership won’t send me a customer survey. They’ve always sent a survey, even for an oil change. But now, when I’ve spent thousands of dollars and had a horrible experience, they won’t send one. I'm sure it's because they don't want AutoNation to know what a poor customer experience this dealer provides. Stay away. Don't buy a car at Audi Bellevue. Don't get your car serviced at Audi Bellevue. Don’t work with Kyle at Audi Bellevue. Audi Bellevue is horrible. I will never go back. More
My car was there for over two months for service, and in their defense, I did say it's no rush, but from October 13 to Decenber 21 is what it took to get the vehicle damage estimated and have information to their defense, I did say it's no rush, but from October 13 to Decenber 21 is what it took to get the vehicle damage estimated and have information to my insurance company to finish out the claim. This would be less of a deal if I would have been receiving updates, or if my calls would have ever been returned (I stopped even trying to call after the first month or so). I heard from the dealer 2 or 3 times before the final update with the estimate. When my ínurance company finally got the estimate and totalled the car, I was lied to by my advisor telling me I had to pay the deductible because the insurance company was not going to. This was on 12/29 and on that day and the 30th I received more communication from them than I had in the months it sat there because they wanted my money. On the 30th they threatened me with holding fees that had never been mentioned before, and if it can sit there for two months because they've put it on the back burner, they can wait for my next day off to be able to come to the dealership, but no, "we wanted to close this ticket before the end of the year" was the response I got when I confronted the advisor about him lying to me. I am considering another Audi, but I will never give this dealership my business. More
