My Q5 was in for a recall. The scheduling was easy online. When I brought the car in for the appt, the service dept was able to help me right away. I've been an Audi Bellevue customer since I moved to the area in 2017. While I was getting my car serviced for 35k miles I prepaid for my 45k mile service. With the pandemic, it took me ~2.5 years to finall area in 2017. While I was getting my car serviced for 35k miles I prepaid for my 45k mile service. With the pandemic, it took me ~2.5 years to finally get to 45k. When I tried to book my service, Audi Bellevue told me my service had "expired." Multiple attempts to reach them via phone and email were ignored. What a shame - I guess they are keeping my money. More
