My Audi TT had to be towed in. Broke down on the way to the airport. Audi Bellevue has always serviced the vehicle and I was expecting a very large bill. Was pleasantly surprised when my go to service provider Alexis got me out at a very reasonable cost with a new coolant hose. Good companies and people do still exist. I needed to take my car in for service and the schedule appointment I made was over 3 weeks long; I coordinated to drop it off and leave it for a few days if needed, however, gratefully they completed serv appointment I made was over 3 weeks long; I coordinated to drop it off and leave it for a few days if needed, however, gratefully they completed service in 1 day and I was able to pick it up next day. Very quick and easy service. I was also constantly updated of the status via texts which made it easier to communicate with the service advisor. Arrangement of Lyft rides also made up for the unavailability of a loaner. A room for improvement I would say is the education around protection plans purchased during car sales. The way sales team sells a plan seems to be contradicting with how the service team sees it, having to make the customer explain/argue that the plan covers something. More consistency there will make the overall experience great! More
