Had an OK experience taking my car in for an oil and battery change. They didn't provide a loaner and when my car was done, it still had the same oil level as before and the service indicator was showin battery change. They didn't provide a loaner and when my car was done, it still had the same oil level as before and the service indicator was showing, so I am not sure if they've done the oil change at all. I called 3 times without luck and I finally took it back to the dealer where they just reset the indicator, though did not put extra oil in it. They said that it doesn't need the oil to be at max - which isn't true, because at every other oil change I got the car back with the oil being at max. Anyway, now I am keeping an extra quart of oil with me, just in case. More
