If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. My experience with Ken and the management team was unprofessional, dismissive, and deeply concerning for any customer who expects honesty or basic co My experience with Ken and the management team was unprofessional, dismissive, and deeply concerning for any customer who expects honesty or basic competence. I brought in my 2008 Audi A6 Quattro for AC repair and a rear ABS sensor replacement. From the start, Ken spoke to me in a condescending manner. He and his manager acted as if servicing an older Audi was a burden and that they were doing me a favor by accepting the appointment. They kept my vehicle for two days and told me there were no loaners available. I had to rent a car out of my own pocket. When they called to say my vehicle was ready, I returned to find that the AC was still blowing hot air. Ken insisted it was fixed until I asked him to sit in the car and feel the air himself. Only then did he admit that something was wrong and took the car back for another hour. When he returned, he blamed an unspecified electrical issue. When I asked why this was not caught during the multi point inspection, he became irritated and said they do not typically service vehicles this old and that my car was before his time. This is unacceptable. Regardless of the age of the vehicle, it is still an Audi and it is still their responsibility to service it correctly. Next, I paid a deposit for the ABS sensor and was told I would receive a call when the part arrived. No one called. When I followed up, Ken acted surprised and said the part had just arrived. I scheduled service for Friday, Juneteenth, because I was off work. The day before the appointment, he called and said they needed to push the appointment out two more weeks because they did not have a hoist available for my vehicle. At this point, it was clear they did not want to service my car at all. Ken even suggested that I come pick up the part and take it somewhere else, despite the fact that they took my deposit, failed to call me, and repeatedly rescheduled. To make matters worse, I am currently in the market for a new vehicle. I expressed interest in the 2026 or 2027 Audi A6 e tron. Instead of showing me options, I was told they did not have any available because there were no more incentives and the vehicle was too expensive for most people. A dealership discouraging a customer from purchasing a new Audi should be a major concern for leadership. This entire experience shows a breakdown in customer service, communication, accountability, and basic respect. When I purchase my next vehicle, it will not be from this dealership. At this point, it likely will not be an Audi at all. More
Audi customer service requested that I have my car diagnosed at an Audi dealership therefore, I went to Audi Birmingham. I don’t think they deserve even 1 star. Sunroof been leaking, they tried to fix it on numerous occasions, ordered new sunroof and still leaking. Sunroof is still leaking and now needs compete interior change. Called 3 times to talk to the manager ZERO RESPONSE! Most horrible experience with car and service! Phone charger was never fixed either! Now need complete new carpet at least $3000. I would not recommend Audi at all. Bad service, too much attitude!!!! Run More

Got a service done to recover a radio code. Got the code but my radio was irreversibly damaged in the process. It does not sit flush with the rest of the dash and a large part of plastic is missing. I went to Audi Birmingham to investigate purchasing a new Audi. I spent an hour in the dealership discussing different vehicles with the Sales Manager, Patrick Curley. I was an out of state buyer looking to buy a particular Audi. I was helped by Ali Jaber from the used sales department and am overall disappointed with my experience. Since no follow up was done, I called and Ali lowered priced but then told me he would get back to me. When I got a call back his new offer he had vanished and said he never made the offer. I asked to be transferred to another person and no longer work with him. Instead, I was promptly hung up on. I am surprised by the lack of professionalism and lack of interest this dealership offered. Try to avoid Ali Jager, you will not have a pleasant experience. Taking my $$$ elsewhere. More
