My experience with the Audi/B'ham dealership was very pleasant. i had to drive three hours from New Albany, Miss., to get there, and Nick Underwood was waiting on me which i really appreciated. He assigned Jim (sorry, don't recall last name right now) who is in sales, to show and introduce the car I had planned to buy to me with all the bells and whistles. I will never be able to take advantage of all the technology the car offers, but it is definitely the nicest car I have ever purchased. There is a rattle in the overhead blue lighting strip on the driver's side, but hopefully that will be repaired when I return the car for its first service. It was surprising, however, for a brand new car with a price tag like this one, to have a rattle anywhere. Everyone who has ridden in the car has noticed it, but overall I give the personnel and experience five stars. More
