I was satisfied with the service provided in connection with my purchase of a 2019 Audi A4. Everything was fine except the long wait in finance dept and the fact that my car was not ready until 4:00pm even though I was told it would be ready at 2:00pm when I arrived. I loved my A8L, but I needed to trade it for an SUV, so I would have a vehicle that could tow my track car. I was happy with my purchase, but learned afterward the used SUV had some unknown issues. When I presented my concerns to the salesman, he discussed the issues with the general manager, and I was overwhelmed they agreed to cover the costs to remedy the issues. I really was blown away by their desire to serve the customer. I strongly recommend you to consider doing business with these guys. They are honest, ethical, salt of the earth folks. I now have a safe vehicle that should last a long time. I do miss my A8L though. More
