Helped in an Emergency My battery was dead on my 2005 VW Beetle when I came out of work at 4:30 pm. By the time I got it jumped and drove across town to the dealership, it My battery was dead on my 2005 VW Beetle when I came out of work at 4:30 pm. By the time I got it jumped and drove across town to the dealership, it was about 15-20 minutes until their closing time. I explained that I needed a new battery (this is my sole means of transport). Chris Moriarty jumped right on it, got it processed quickly and into the service bay in a matter of minutes. Then he scheduled an appointment for an oil change for me while my car was being worked on. The service technicians worked their magic and had my car back to me shortly after their closing time. I was impressed, again, that they were all so friendly, helpful, and patient. Who stays open after their scheduled closing time to finish my car and get me back on the road that night? They could have said too late, come back tomorrow. Chris and his service team consistently give outstanding service and I always highly recommend them! Thank you, Chris! More

Recall I went into the dealer for an airbag recall. My appointment was at 9am. They expected it to be done at 3pm.
