New Service Crew - Spot On! Brought car in for scheduled oil change. Normally it's like rolling the dice as to whether the experience will be good or bad. On this day there was a new crew in place and initial contact was positive. In the past there was much over promising and under delivering. Not sure if there has been ownership or major management change but service was performed on time and exactly as promised. I don't have to think twice about alternative option for next service. More

They did not call during the day to tell me they could not get to the car. I call that evening and they tell me the car was not done with no explanation or offer of a rental car for the next day. I have taken the car before and they have done quality work. Service is terrible. More
