My last several experiences here were disastrous. I received very poor service on my vehicle and after patiently dealing with an untrained employee and dropping off my car for service 3 times in a row received very poor service on my vehicle and after patiently dealing with an untrained employee and dropping off my car for service 3 times in a row for weeks, I finally asked the service manager for help. The problem was, he was incredibly hostile and wasted several more weeks of my time and $. Side note/back story: I purchased the car (a new 2015 A3) at Audi Brookline and ever since I bought the car it's been a complete lemon. Starting with a coolant leak within months of buying the vehicle. I've owned two A4's previous and had no major issues with either car. I even serviced both cars at Audi Brookline during the Dave days and he and his team were fantastic. After spending $2,000 on the coolant issue in March, it came back again to haunt me 2 weeks ago. I decided to go to another Audi dealer and got whacked for another $500. More
No waiting area provided outside the building for COVID 19 safety, but the service was good and employees were friendly as well. Worst service ever. I bought a 4 year service plan with a new car. I brought it in for the 4th year service in August and was told I would have to pay for it even though I had already paid for it upfront. Ap new car.
