I love the Audis. We have 2 of them. But the location of the dealer is not great. The surroundings are ugly, the building lot is too small. We will continue to go ther We have 2 of them. Service quality and dealer people are all kind courteous and helpful. Apparently no longer update you on car status. And the online status tracker does not work. If you drop your car expect to call to f and helpful. Apparently no longer update you on car status. And the online status tracker does not work. If you drop your car expect to call to find out when it’s done. Online service appointment system is completely broken. Don’t waste a second on it. They know it’s broken and could care less. Call! But expect to get a machine and hope they call back. Then expect to book those appointments a month in advance or more. I’m booking my next oil change 4 months out. Otherwise it is unlikely you will get one. More
