Service is poor and slow. Multiple issues with this dealership over the course of a few years. They never have loaners available. I also took the car for an inspection and as soon as I left the air conditioning stopped working. More

I was greeted by Chris at my appointed time and after registering, my car disappeared. I had scheduled the installation of my winter tires. Before I could open my computer to do some work (about 30 minut registering, my car disappeared. I had scheduled the installation of my winter tires. Before I could open my computer to do some work (about 30 minutes), Chris appeared with my keys and paperwork telling me my winter tires were installed. A quick payment and off I went. The car runs great and all is well. Thank you Chris, an awesome experience. More

I went online in August to make an appointment in September. There were zero appointment times available, and I had to wait for October. But other than that, my service experience was great! Shaw September. There were zero appointment times available, and I had to wait for October. But other than that, my service experience was great! Shawn was very personable. He offered me water or coffee at the beginning and then again when I picked up my vehicle. He made sure I understood everything, and really just took the time to make me feel like I was important. I know this is a small detail. But my NYS inspection sticker was placed PERFECTLY on my windshield. I appreciated that! The woman who cashed me out was also very friendly. She was happy and kind.
