I have been dealing with Orchard Park VW and was ready to go to Rochester even though it is 2 hours away to avoid going back there..the service was horrible. I even called the corporate office and they didn go to Rochester even though it is 2 hours away to avoid going back there..the service was horrible. I even called the corporate office and they didnt give me an option. I found Schmitts and thought I would try them, afer all they could not be worse then Orchard Park. Boy was I surprised. I went in for a check engine light and they were great, they fixed/ put back together my ashtray/ lighter in the back seat, and that wasnt even mentioned. Orchard Park told me to set up a service call and they would order the part..HUH? They washed and vacumned my car, something that never happened at Orchard park in the 5 years I have been going there. The service was quick, only had it one day, and everyone was very nice. I came home and put my praise on Facebook and in an hours three people contacted me and asked where it was since they had been tolerating Orchard Park too.. I cant say enough good things about Schmitts...I love it. They have a customer for life and I am pretty sure they gained at least two more. I love Schmitts...that is where I will go when I replace my little Beetle and until then for all my service needs. Thanks guys, your great !!! More
