Audi Buffalo

Reported issue with rear differential sound and feeling of tires spinning. Dealer called and said it was loose items is hatch back area.and wasted half a day An insulting response. Advised dealer that’s not the issue and pressed situation they agreed to drain and refill the differential. Problem seems to be gone! Shocking. To add insult to injury the inspection is due this month. I neglected to notice this but would have hoped that was a standard check in step for the dealership. I would have had this service performed at the same visit. More
