I had an excellent experience with Buffalo Audi. Matthew Hall at Buffalo Audi was fabulous without being pressuring. He answered every question clearly. When I decided on a vehicle and he realized I had time constraints, he and the entire Buffalo Audi group knocked it out of the park getting me the vehicle. I would completely recommend the dealership and staff. They worked together seamlessly. More
Employee waiting for me, directed me in to get work order started. Allison Gordon very efficiently did paperwork. A little over an hour, she took me to Kim at cashier window, paid the bill and out. Dealer is clean, courteous and professional. However, service team lacks knowledge regarding Audi service and warranty plans. I had a Service appointment for a New York State inspection and was However, service team lacks knowledge regarding Audi service and warranty plans. I had a Service appointment for a New York State inspection and was told I should replace my windshield wiper blades. I agreed and asked whether my Audi pure term protection plan covers the set of windshield wiper blades. The service member quickly told me that wearable items are not covered by any plan, without offering to check or read the plan. Since I had the plan with me, I showed him where these items are covered by the plan, which purposefully includes wearable items such as wiper blades. The plant specifically says wiper blades are covered. When I asked to speak to somebody else, he said that no one at the dealership is familiar with his plan because they don’t sell it. Although I understand it’s not sold, The burden was solely on me to defend what I felt the plan truly covered. Therefore, I paid for the wiper blades and when I got home I called Audi and they are now reimbursing me because it is in fact covered by the plan. The service team member was nice, but he was not helpful and did not offer to call Audi to confirm his opinion. I felt his first instinct was to dismiss that the part could be covered without providing good customer service. More
