Audi Cape Cod, A Premier Company - Service Center

Cape Cod Audi is an excellent dealership with a great service department. My check engine light came on at 56,000 miles and they did the smoke test and figured out the evap hose was cracked. In order to replace it they had to remove the intake manifold. My problem is with Audi for making this part replacement so problematic. And for a hose that lasted only 3 years. It made a simple $200 repair cost $1100. More

From the first encounter with Service Rep (Matt) everything was smooth sailing! Told me what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and if there was anything they could get for everything was smooth sailing! They even kept me updated on a Tornado Warning (YES!!!!) that happened while I was there. Matt knew I was a little nervous and offered to let me go downstairs to a safe area for a little bit.
