Oil change and warranty repairs I called to schedule an oil change and warranty repair. My car has 14000 miles on it. I was told I needed to do the 20000 service. I declined and said my car was calling for an oil change and not the 20000 mile service. When I arrived at the dealership I was told I was all set for the 20000 miles service. I explained that my car had 14000 miles and I only wanted an oil change. After a few minutes the service manager came over and told me I needed to get the 20000 mile service because my car was now two years old. My car is 14 months old not two years old. I once again told them I only wanted an oil change and warranty work done. I felt very pressured to spend more money. More

Top Shelf First time visit for service. I had a recall notice which was addressed in addition to some upgrades that the service people advised me of. Personnel First time visit for service. I had a recall notice which was addressed in addition to some upgrades that the service people advised me of. Personnel were polite, sociable and professional. Brief discussion on work to be done and we were given a ride in town to grab some lunch while we wait. We originally talked about a two hour wait, but in a little over an hour, they called to say the car was ready - Shuttle picked us up and we were back on the road in no time. Very pleased with the service. More

Quick Recall Fix Received a recall notice for my 18 SQ5 for a nominal rubber strip fix. Matt, at the service desk, explained the simple addition of a bolt.
