After service he was more interested in trying to get me to sell my car (which I'm now being constantly pestered with e-mails about) than reviewing service results or be pro-active about ongoing/future service plans given that my Audi Care was scheduled to shortly expire. Coupled with Bob B* miscommunication in 2024 also, I will first look to other Audi dealerships (White-Allen?) for future annual service. More
