I am a long-time customer, at least 15, years multiple Audis. I do not allow other shops to work on my Audi: they are out of their league. Dealership is immaculate and comfortable. I recently had my A6 in for a dashboard brake light on a Saturday. The problem was quickly diagnosed and then promptly fixed then and there. That was awesome! Minimal wait time for everything.
