I went in for an oil change and inspection. I came in at 10:30am and was told my car would be ready around 12-12:15 pm. He then told me that it was going to be a delay since he told the technician to go ahead on lunch. So i waited all the way until 2:30, in total 4 hours just for an oil change. I had some where to be and this caused me to be late. The time estimate was way off and I felt was unproductive. More
