I would highly recommend avoiding this dealer at all costs. Scheduling a simple service out of town for my 2020 Audi was unacceptable… after the scheduler hung up on me (on accident) I made an attempt t costs. She said “all service advisors talking to actual customers”…what am I? She went on to say all she can do is leave my name and number. Her tonality and mockery was uncalled for. There was not an ounce of genuinity. If you hire individuals that unprofessional I must assume it’s like that at any of your dealerships… Porsche / Volvo of the Village… Maserati… Alfa… count me out. I was scheduled to bring my Audi A5 in for an oil change.
