It was late day, but they advertised a great pre-owned Camry at a good price. We live over an hour away and after the drive, the first stop was the washrooms. They were spotless. As was the entire facility. Kudos to the house keeping team. They are the ones who create the first impression and oftentimes not recognized as they should be. Our trade was an earlier model of the same car we purchased, so we knew what we were after. They paid us market price for our trade in without lowballing or playing games. Our Salesman, Steve had the sales paperwork all set for us. The finance & insurance manager, Chris —had his part of the deal in order. While we were finalizing the paperwork, our tag was swapped and our personal items were transferred from our old car. Experienced professionals make for a pleasant deal and the fact that they were respectful to my wife made for a good business setting. The car had less than 1/2 a tank of fuel, which is not typical of the buying experience at a luxury car dealership. But, it got a fresh wash & vacuum and it was neat and tidy and awaiting its new home. I would recommend Steve Yeager and Audi Clearwater and I will consider them in the future. More
