After being disappointed that the A7 I wished to look at, was no where near my home, I took the hour long drive up to Clearwater, and they had 3! This was my first visit to Audi Clearwater ..... service was great, everyone was friendly, and the whole place followed all of the current safety requirements in regards to Covid 19. I was lucky enough to be recommended to Mandy (Service Advisor) who did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job on ensuring my Audi coming from the BMW world. I was lucky enough to be recommended to Mandy (Service Advisor) who did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job on ensuring my car got serviced correctly and with comfort. I drove from Lakeland, and skipped 3 closer Audi dealerships just to work with her. I am a car guy, so I am very particular when people service my cars, and want to know it was all done right. Mandy gave me this comfort. She provided me daily updates, and had the courtesy to let me know early each morning what was going on so I wouldn't waste a trip coming down. She is super helpful, extremely knowledgable, and even chatted with me for a bit/offered me water while they got my car ready just to ensure I wasn't bored. She is very friendly, extremely professional, and helps me want to stay apart of the audi family. Mandy also ensured I got a loaner I was satisfied with, with zero hassle or issues on pickup and return. I cant say enough good things about her, but take it from a guy who drives 1.5 hours to this dealership just for Mandy, when I have a dealership 15 minutes from my house I could go to instead.
