Purchased a Q3 for my wife and brought it back the same week to Audi Clearwater for a bike rack installation. Went to pick it and Mandy was my service tech. She was tremendously helpful taking care of ou week to Audi Clearwater for a bike rack installation. Went to pick it and Mandy was my service tech. She was tremendously helpful taking care of our needs and provided me additional paperwork on the purchase of the car showing the additional extras we had purchased. One of the extras was a Ding and Dent policy and I told her my wife and I were moving to Georgia next week and I didn’t believe the policy would be good there. She agreed and immediately filled out the paperwork for a refund on that policy. She is definitely an asset to Crown Audi Clearwater. Customer Service was paramount to her! More
