Jessica Geneva Service Consultant I had a flat on my 2019 Audi A8. I have Audi Pure Care. As a snowbird my Audi was not purchased at Audi Clearwater. Jessica, made me feel like I was I had a flat on my 2019 Audi A8. I have Audi Pure Care. As a snowbird my Audi was not purchased at Audi Clearwater. Jessica, made me feel like I was a Audi Clearwater customer. They did not have my tire in stock she had it ordered and provided me with a loaner. Jessica asked me if I wanted to have a multi-point inspection and car wash. I said it was not necessary as I just had service and I normally don't have Audi wash my car because I don't want soap used. Well when I went to pick up my car it was clean. If you spend time in Florida a car outside over night gets covered in pollen. Jessica had my car washed with out soap and returned a clean car. This is the type of service I expect from Audi and Jessica made it happen. Thanks Jessica, John McDowell More

Great experience at Audi Clearwater I was very pleased with the care and attention shown me by Jessica Geneva when I arrived at Audi Clearwater for a scheduled service appointment for my I was very pleased with the care and attention shown me by Jessica Geneva when I arrived at Audi Clearwater for a scheduled service appointment for my 2001 TT Quatro Roadster. She efficiently and attentively listened to my needs, wrote up my service request and provided me with a loaner while the service issues were addressed. Unfortunately, due to the age of the vehicle, its value, and the estimated costs of the repairs, I was not in a position to proceed. She was truly concerned with my predicament and was very understanding when I declined the repairs since they were not economically feasible. She showed me considerable kindness and I appreciated having had such a pleasant encounter, even though it did not result in the repairs being made. I found her to be an exceptionally considerate and helpful representative of the dealership. I am sure she is a valuable employee and that she will continue to be a major asset to her team.
