Great experience at Audi Clearwater I was very pleased with the care and attention shown me by Jessica Geneva when I arrived at Audi Clearwater for a scheduled service appointment for my I was very pleased with the care and attention shown me by Jessica Geneva when I arrived at Audi Clearwater for a scheduled service appointment for my 2001 TT Quatro Roadster. She efficiently and attentively listened to my needs, wrote up my service request and provided me with a loaner while the service issues were addressed. Unfortunately, due to the age of the vehicle, its value, and the estimated costs of the repairs, I was not in a position to proceed. She was truly concerned with my predicament and was very understanding when I declined the repairs since they were not economically feasible. She showed me considerable kindness and I appreciated having had such a pleasant encounter, even though it did not result in the repairs being made. I found her to be an exceptionally considerate and helpful representative of the dealership. I am sure she is a valuable employee and that she will continue to be a major asset to her team.
