I initially went to this dealership to just “look” at a car I saw online. Upon walking inside, I was greeted with a smile and friendly introduction from Andrew Kanaris. My parents were in visiting from Chi car I saw online. Upon walking inside, I was greeted with a smile and friendly introduction from Andrew Kanaris. My parents were in visiting from Chicago and were with me on this day. Andrew was so personable right off the bat and didn’t -at any point- make me feel pressured into buying something. He took being helpful to the next level by telling my parents about a whole list of places they should check out in the area while they were here visiting. He offered us anything to drink or eat from the free snack/drink area for customers, politely held the door open for us all on our way out to check out some vehicles, and most importantly spoke to us like we were all on the same level. He was extremely informed, answering all of my questions about the cars without ever having to run back inside and check with anyone else. I ended up purchasing a car here and I couldn’t be happier. Even after purchasing the car, Andrew followed up with me on multiple occasions to address any questions I had about the car. *After purchasing my car, I was honestly only upset about one thing. I felt really manipulated into buying an additional insurance service through their Financial Services Manager, Ryan Wolfe. He talked my mom and I in circles, trying to make it sound like he was “doing me a favor” by adding a product (at an additional cost of 256 dollars..) even after I said multiple times that I did not want any additional costs added on because I was at my limit of spending. I spoke to Andrew about how I felt regarding this and he directed me to their General Manager, David Jacovides. David Jacovides was incredibly personable as well as understanding of where I was coming from on this topic. He apologized, refunded me fully, and told me that I can keep the extra insurance service for free in case I ever need it. When I came back two weeks later to have my car cleaned, David remembered my face and my name, greeted me, and even made a funny remark about the shoes I was wearing referencing a conversation we had two weeks prior when I first met him. The customer service here is seriously phenomenal. I really could go on and on about everything I valued at this dealership, but I’m trying not to make this any longer than it already is, haha. Overall- the staff at Audi Clearwater went above and beyond my expectations in so many ways. I would 100% recommend Andrew Kanaris (and this dealership) to any of my friends, family, or people I know. More
